All Sales Are Final

At Kayliauna’s Kreations, each product is handmade in small batches with care, intention, and gratitude. Because our products are freshly made and cannot be resold once they leave our hands, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or changes to orders after they have been placed, including product substitutions, combining separate orders, or changing shipping information.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

We want every order to arrive safely and correctly. If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or does not arrive, please reach out to us within 30 days of your order date so we can look into the situation and do our best to make it right.

Please include your order number and photos when applicable. Requests made after 30 days may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Because our products are handmade and cannot be resold after being shipped, we do not accept returned products.

Refunds or replacements may be considered when an issue is the result of an error on our end. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Only one discount or promotional code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined.

Ingredients & Skin Sensitivities

We believe in being honest and transparent about what goes into the products you bring into your home. Full ingredient lists are provided with each product.

Please review the ingredients carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

We recommend performing a small patch test before using a new product. If introducing multiple skincare products, try them one at a time so you can better understand how your skin responds.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

As everyone's skin is wonderfully unique, Kayliauna’s Kreations cannot guarantee that every product will work for every individual.

Handmade & Natural Variations

There is something special about things made by hand.

Because our products are crafted in small batches using natural ingredients, slight differences in color, scent, texture, and consistency are completely normal. No two batches may look exactly alike, and that is part of the beauty of handmade products.

These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return or refund.

Product Care & Storage

Our tallow-based products are made with simple ingredients and without unnecessary fillers or additives.

To help keep your products fresh and beautiful:

• Store in a cool, dry place.

• Keep away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

• Avoid getting water or moisture inside the container.

• Keep the lid securely closed when not in use.

Warm Weather & Shipping

Our products are made with natural ingredients that can soften or melt when exposed to heat. During warmer months, your product may arrive softer than expected or may change texture while traveling.

If this happens, simply place the container in a cool location or refrigerator until it firms back up.

A change in texture or appearance after melting does not necessarily mean the product has been damaged or lost its quality.

Because temperatures during shipping are outside of our control, refunds or replacements will not be issued solely because a product softened or melted during transit.

We believe there is beauty in simplicity, purpose in what we create, and value in caring well for what has been entrusted to us. Every jar, tube, and package is made and prepared with intention, gratitude and prayer.
