Some citrus essential oils, including certain types of lemon essential oil, can make skin more sensitive to sunlight. Because some of our blends contain citrus essential oils, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight on areas where the product has been applied for 12–24 hours. If you plan to be in the sun, choose a non-citrus blend instead.

Store your tallow in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Because it is made with natural ingredients, it may soften in warm temperatures or become firmer in cooler temperatures. This is completely normal and does not affect its quality.
